Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge is added at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 8 to 12 business days from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking is available for your parcel, the tracking number will be included in that email.

Delayed or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email us at contact.naya8@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will resend it or refund you in full.

Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
